Tire recommendations? 235 40R 19

Hi all! I have a 2018 M3 Tesla and in need of new tires before the new year. Has anyone had any good experiences with tires that fit under the $200 range? My dad (also my mechanic) wants to slap on some Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 Plus, but I wanted to check if anyone has had any positive experiences with any other tires or tire brands that fit a nicer budget. I'm in the northeast so I will definitely need all season that works decent with snow.
