I'm in a weird place with my next build

I started planning a new PC upgrade early 2025 to replace my 3600 / 2060 / 16 GB build. Back then I grabbed a 32 GB 6000 MHz CL30 RAM kit and a 2 TB Samsung 980 SSD for really good prices (100€ and 95€). My original plan was to get either a 5080 or 5070 Ti at launch, but the whole situation was such a mess that I gave up around March.

Since then I’ve picked up a new case and a Corsair RMx 850W because I found solid deals. Cooling is sorted too, so that part of the build is basically done. For the CPU I was aiming for a 9800X3D, the lowest I’d seen it where I live was 300€, but now it’s sitting around 330–340€.

I think for a mobo I will always find a solid deal so that sorted too.

What I’m unsure about now is the GPU. With the current RAM price chaos, I feel like this might be my last chance to buy before things get worse. I do have the money for the 5070 Ti model I want (the ASUS Prime at 800€), but I’m hesitating.

What would you guys recommend? Should I just pull the trigger now or wait?
