Will this encourage common civic sense?

Idea: We should start a “Smile Campaign” using AI cameras in public places (placed in a corner). People should stand in-front of these cameras …. which detect when someone smiles and then count how many have people smiled.

The screen near the camera will show:

•	How many people smiled today
•	How many smiled in the last hour

It will display a message like:

“This place made 100 people smile today, thank you to everyone who made that happen”

This campaign will encourage common civic sense and keeping public places clean.
