What are your favorite cinematic eyerolls?

Mine:

1. In Ghostbusters, by Winston (Ernie Hudson) after Venkman (Bill Murray) quips, "yes, it's true... this man has no dick."
2. In The Avengers, by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) pipes up to exclaim "I understood that reference!"

The comedic timing is perfect in both these scenes. They both take place in ensemble settings, where it's fun to have other characters involved, even (in this case) for just a second or two. The quick cut-to-eyeroll kind of punctuates the movie's silliness by putting a character in the audience's place.
