What need to be done - 2008 Liberty

I have a 2008 jeep liberty my sister is planning to sell me. It has a bit of crash damage on the drivers door. The issue it’s been sitting in a garage for 2 - 2.5 years. I’ve taken a very brief look at it and the rubber still has air obviously it doesn’t start for obvious reasons but outside of the battery. What do I need to do and what’s an estimate of expense for the needed repairs if I do it myself. Again it’s been in a garage and not in the elements. Thanks!
