Didn’t put baby down for months

I couldn’t really put my baby down much at all other than to sleep a few hours at night. He had severe GERD (reflux disease) and seemed miserable when I put him down. Now I’m feeling guilty about it. He’s healthy and all , but behind on all his milestones and very tight. Is it my fault?

Did anyone else not put their babies down in the beginning? If so how’d that turn out?
