Feedback on Bakers Cay with a teen

Hi all! Looking for feedback on Bakers Cay in Key Largo, Florida. Debating booking a trip over the holidays for me and my teenage son. Mama needs some downtime and relaxation but my son gets really bored at traditional resorts. Is there anything outside of the resort to go do even for few hours one or two days? What type of activities are offered at the resort? Anyone have experience traveling here with teens and opinion would it be “boring” for 5 nights? Thank you in advance.
