Will my test scores cancel out my grades?

I'm trying to get into an ivy league (as most people here are), but I'm worried that my junior year grades messed things up. I always see people talk about how a couple Bs don't matter in freshman year, but what if they happened in junior year? Is it really that much more severe?

For context, my UW GPA is a 3.95 and my WGPA is a 4.45. By the time I finish high school (currently a senior), I will have taken 16 APs.

I've gotten straight As in every semester except the second semester of my junior year, where I got a B+ in AP World and Calc BC. However, I got 5s on both of those AP exams that I took, and I've got mostly 5s on all my other exams. I'm also reporting a 36 ACT. Are my test scores strong enough to offset concern caused by my grades?

I don't really have an excuse for my bad grades either, I just got in over my head with extracurriculars and couldn't handle the course load, so I don't have much to explain in the additional info section.
