My 3 month old has RSV.

My three month old has RSV, how am I supposed to sleep?! I am terrified!! He wakes up crying after a 30-45 minute cat nap in my arms. If I try to put him down he wakes up immediately and starts screaming. Advice and positive stories or outcomes would be greatly appreciated!
