Favorite thing gift for work xmas party ideas needed please!

We do a Christmas dinner for work every year, there's 10 of us, all women ages 17 thru late 40s, womens clothing retail store. We usually do secret Santa, but one of our ex (thank god) coworkers didn't come to the dinner last year and took 2 weeks to get her gift to our seasonal associate and ended up sending her husband in to drop it off at the store >.> so we are mixing things up this year and the woman who plans the parties wants us to all bring a "favorite thing" gift and we will do a white elephant type gift exchange. The example she gave was to get your favorite mascara and things to go with it like an eyelash curler, etc. and now literally the only idea I have is my own favorite mascara! We are all pretty close knit and have personal conversations regularly, but also have a wide range of personalities and interests on the team. The spend limit is $25. One of our college aged associates said that she is getting a gift of yellow things because her favorite color is yellow, and her favorite things are too personal to her. I like this idea alot! I do not want to copy that though. If someone has a theme idea to go on that'd be great... because my favorite things are my kids (we don't all have kids), coloring (don't all color), video games (2 others are gamers, but that's it).. I have like favorite scents but feel like a candle or something like that is too basic. I thought about restaurant gift card, but $25 isn't going to get you far and is more basic than what I'm wanting to do. We are all close and genuinely like a family, so I want to do something that is nice and somehow personal? Any ideas? Party is the 14th.
