Finally switched my daily driver to Linux after switching to windows 11.

I have 11 raspberry pis, run hone assistant, my kids computers are linux, i run docker on my main computer and ubuntu through wsl, run a jelly fin server, already use libre office. I didnt switch sooner cause I thought I needed windows.

Recently my daily driver had win 10. My work comp has win 11. I liked a few features and decided to upgrade in october. That is when I learned how crappy win 11 really is. Its an absolute disaster. I thought that the constant windows explorer crashing was a temporary issue. It was actually a sign showing how windows is failing from the core.

Ive had nothing but problems and most of the software I have is open source and linux based. I tried Zorin and when it gave me issues with balena etcher I scrapped that.

I have linux mint installed and I am still running through updates and software downloads but all those fears are just hundreds of millions of advertising working against me.

Fuck Windows and especially fuck windows 11 and all the ai garbage that comes with it.
