Mr. Trillion Dollar

These cases all involved Kevin L Walker / Kevin Realworldfare. The guru suing a police dept for a trillion dollars. I had posted a while back that I would post this list, but I'm just getting around to it. I'll edit/update the list here in a bit. There are a few appeal cases I know I'm missing, and I need to include the state cases that I know about. I've been pulling important filings into RECAP as I can, but I'm limited to $30.00 a quarter. UL LLC v. The Space Chariot Inc., 2:16-cv-08172 – CourtListener.com

He and his wife were sued by UL for trademark infringement. They were selling hover boards and claiming they were UL certified. They lost the case and were ordered to pay UL, 1 million dollars. I think this case is before he went all pseudo-legal, but may have been the catalyst for his conversion.

This is a criminal case against Richard Patterson.  The case is in Hawaii. I’m including this case because Kevin was playing “attorney in fact” and harassing Richard’s court-appointed attorney to the point that they quit.  After the real attorney quit, you don’t hear anything else about Kevin, and Richard took a plea deal.

This is the case where he tried to sue the state judge who ruled against his brother’s foreclosure case. The case was dismissed because neither Kevin nor his brother Cory are lawyer and cannot represent the trust(s).

This is a case where Donnabell Mortel, Kevin’s wife, sued a person for a home in Texas that they tried to rent. Apparently, the place was not clean enough to their liking.  The case was dismissed.  Donna/Kevin appealed, but I don’t yet have a case number for it.

In this federal case, he tried again to remove the state case back to federal court to stall his home’s foreclosure for civil rights violations.  It was sent back to the state court, and he got a prefiling vexatious litigant order against him. Sadly, it’s limited to just cases involving this property.
