How Bad Are the Lumps?

Hello and thanks for all the great info on here. Scheduled for chin lipo two weeks from tomorrow, one week before Christmas.

Wondering how bad these lumps and bumps get? Will they be noticeable or obvious to others? I’m thinking about all the Christmas events and gatherings around the holidays and wondering how to go about it. Like, will I look presentable? Will I have to wear the compression garment 27/7 or will I be able to dry away with a few hours without it (Christmas dinner)

I can add that as it is I am really self conscious about my appearance so wondering how bad it will get before I can see and appreciate results. Sorta dreading having yet another thing that makes me insecure about my appearance.
