AITA for moving my elf in the shelf when my dad went to sleep

I female (14) have had my elf since I was ten and my parents still think I believe in Santa and elves so this year I gathered the courage to move my elf AFTER my dad moved it and went to bed he put it on the counter siting but I hung it from lights dangling on my roof with a candy cane and I did this so because I thought this would tell my dad I know it’s fake and I’m ok with that but in the morning i over heard my dad telling my mom that the elf is moved so as a joke I ran in excitedly saying look look shortcake(the elf) has moved and the look on my dads face was hilarious he looked so concered I had to stop myself from laughing . I don’t think he got the message that I moved it he might think that there is a ghost haunting our elf
