Nervous fresh grad on first FT job that's remote + trying to not be isolated

Starting a fully remote role later this month. I wasn't particularly looking for a remote role, but this opportunity is basically a dream role for me in terms of what I've wanted to do. I'm a recent US grad and this'll be my first full time job. While I'm a bit introverted, I'm still nervous that the lack of coworker socialization outside of meetings is going to mess with me a little bit and I wouldn't be able to get to know my coworkers as well. This is going off of the fact I primarily socialized with classmates/people in my vicinity while I was in college. My internship team also only consisted of me and my manager, and was primarily remote.

How are people proactively keeping or building a healthy social life with a remote job? I feel like it'd take some extra effort on me, considering that I'm not naturally extroverted. Would really appreciate tips from others, or just any first-time remote job tips in general. Cheers :)
