Why does my Gigabyte Mobo write 2 PCIe 5 M.2 slot when manual says 1?

Gigabyte B850 Gaming Wifi6 from Powerspec G757. On the official website it says only the top SSD slot is pcie5, but when I removed gpu to add a pcie5 ssd I see that both 1st and 2nd slot says pcie5? while the last one does say pcie4 tho.

Also I didn’t buy heatsink for my samsung 9100 pro, I just learned that heatsink exists lol. Do I need to get one?
