Been prepping for a few interviews lately and… wow, things feel so different rn

There are AI tools now that literally pop up suggestions mid-practice, tell you how your tone sounds, and even rewrite your answers if you stumble. Some of them even rate your confidence level, which just stresses me out more...Companies themselves are using their own AI to screen us, checking keywords in our resumes, analyzing our voice in recorded interviews, and in one case for me, even flagging 'long pauses'...The whole interview process feels like it’s been flipped upside down overnight...
