Where do i check wich makeup has been retired for being dangerous? (EU)

Hi, today i went to check out a lip stain i had and lost so i could check alternatives and realized the brand i usually buy because its cheap but decent had less products (w7). I asked the worker and she said it was retired because it was linked to cancer and forever chemicals. I asked her if she could tell me wich others had been retired and she said that happens constantly and they retire products for that same reason everyday. I had no idea and ive been looking wich ones of my products could have been recalled for that reason but i cant find anything anywhere, just the usual articles that talk in general about brands of makeup, no especific products.

Can anyone tell me if theres a website, or a subreddit where this is being cataloged or something?? Is so scary thinking how many of our products can cause cancer and we dont know, the corporations just retire it quietly and we never know

PD: i went into another store before that and they had it, but i didnt buy it there cause i have points with another store so i decided to check there first and theres when the worker told me this
