Brand-new Govac 508 from costco randomly entering standby mode

My one-day-old robot can't even finish a single mopping or cleaning run without randomly ending the job and going into standby mode. Thought it might be a battery problem, so I charged it up fully -- same result. I reset it to factory settings and re-added it to my app 3 times and it's even worse than it was the first time around.

What a piece of junk. This is my first impression of Dreame's products and it sure isn't a good one...
