Shift types

Okay I just wanna get this straight, what are the types of shifts:

So tory/backfill: Get the stock from the back onto rails, clear or mark up if necessary.

Fitting rooms go without saying, pretty simple.

Registers/checkouts again pretty obvious.

Presentation??? is this where you go around and make your designated area neat??, is there more to it I have a few shifts there.

Returns??? when you go to the back and return things to their respective areas
