Hgh full body aches !?

Stopped hgh for a while was doing 3iu and started backup again just doing 2iu. Today I woke up and my shoulders and arms are aching and it feels like I've worked out for 20+ hours straight... Literally shoulder /arm exhaustion with constant aches and fatigue...
