What do I do?

So I was hitting my iamhemp maui wowie distillate cart when a lil glob of oil shot into the roof of my mouth. Excuse my bad grammar I am extremely high. Anyways after that I swallowed it and my mouth became very sticky., and it tasted nasty as hell so I chugged some water. Well it’s been a hour since I’ve smoked and I can still feel myself getting higher it feels like a climb that just won’t come down. Any advice or tips or whatnot. and also how much thc did I end up ingesting from that. 😬
