m 19 think im falling out of love with my fiancé f 19 any suggestions with how to help?

Hello as said in the title im a 19yr old male, recently i feel disconnected from my female 19yr old fiancé. I dont know why or when it started but i can give some factors that could help any suggestions.

We have been together for 4 years and in that 4 years she has shown little interest in my hobbies. For example i love cooking and playing video games, however when ever i offer to have her join or flat out ask her to join she always joins for a few minutes then goes straight on her phone. Speaking of which she is NEVER off that thing at all. Even in college during classes she has her headphones on and her phone out. The only time she really speaks to me is when she needs something. She doesn't have many friends and relies on my friendgroup for friendships and interactions outside of myself, the issue is she complains that none of them include her even though she never interacts on the groupchats and when we are all out together in person shes quite and on her phone. Though these outings are rare as the only time she meets up with anyone is when im there or if its 100% needed. She also doesn't do anything round the house to help. For example all she has to do is the washing up ever two days (i know this is rank but still its the only way i could get her to do anything but sleep or play on her phone) and even then she complains about having to do it.

Know to the main issue, for some reason im starting to feel as if our relationship is a chore and have starting to find peace else where such as my work or being alone. Is there any advice you could give me to try and help me regain the old feelings i had for my fiancé? And how do i stop my resentment towards her from showing?

Extra: i know shes not cheating (shes dumb but not that dumb or at least i hope) and Yes ive tried to ask her to put down the phone... I swear its an impossible task for her...
