Ola toll charges

This is the first time I've booked an ola outstation ride for my grandparents. I wanted to know about the toll. Do drivers use fast tag to pay the toll and then we have to pay the amount? Or will my grandparents have to pay in cash. I'm scared they'll get scammed they're too old.
