Can someone please help me understand my chart!?

I’m on my second cycle using Inito TTC. I have PCOS and insulin resistance. I’ve been on Letrozole (Femara) 2.5mg from CD2-6 and then used a tigger shot on CD 14. Did serum progesterone test ordered by Fertility specialist on CD 24 since I was out of town on CD21. My progesterone level was 7.6 and so I requested progesterone supplement. So my OB put me on progesterone supplement 200mg. I don’t want to test until DPO 14 (Dec 5th). Inito confirmed ovulation around CD 14/15. What I’m trying to understand is why are my hormone levels so low in general? Is it normal and has anyone had success conceiving with hormone levels similar to this? I keep seeing such high estrogen and progesterone levels in other posts, makes me wonder what’s wrong with me and why are my hormone levels so low in general? And input is highly appreciated. I’m so confused right now. Thank you!! I
