question for a christmas gift

Hi everyone!

So Christmas is fast approaching and my girlfriend told me a couple weeks ago she has never tried oil paints. she is a really talented artist and she loves it so I want to gift her oil paints for Christmas. I need your help: what brand of oil paints should I get? I was thinking Winsor & Newton cause ive heard of it, but if you have any recommendations, drop them. should i also get her canvas and brushes? if so, what brand? please note im a college student so my budget is limited lmao
