Time off early is impossible right?

I’m just 1 week in to my MedSurg orientation. Took me forever to find this job and it’s out of state but had to go for it. I just started but my family is already asking if I can get Christmas off and come home. My brother wants me coming home for his wedding party MLK weekend. That’s probably gonna be too early into this new RN job I think
