Need direction writing 1st book

Hello, I really have a heart to write a book about a very specific topic. I have zero idea where to start and would feel more confident bringing someone in this area on to help me, are there companies that do that? I really think it would sell as there aren't any books on this topic that I can find. Can anyone point me in a direction I should go? Lmk if you need more details. Thanks
