"Backstroke of the West" style dub

Would it be possible to make a "Backstroke of the West" style dub of the Amazing Digital Circus?

For those who don't know, "Backstroke of the West" refers to a bootleg DVD of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. The subtitles were poorly translated from Chinese to English, making them absolutely absurd. A group of people online actually made a fan-dub of the movie featuring the hilariously mistranslated dialogue.

I tried putting some transcripts from TADC into Google Translate and then over-translating it, but it just didn't have the same feel of Backstroke of the West.
