Scotiabank insurance charges

My sister in law has been charged the following monthly charges from Scotiabank in Quebec:

Where does each one come from? I’m planning to call them and have them refund her as she went in over 2 years ago to ask them to stop it. She never asked for it in the first place. At the branch they said they would stop charging it and it still kept going. Are both these insurance and if not what is prime accs?
