Modded 74wh ROG Ally z1e with SteamOS or Steam Deck Oled

I'm planning to get my first handheld. Just can't decide which one to get, the rog ally got the performance while sd oled just got that more premium build / temperatures + having incredible re-sell value.

I'll mostly be playing wuthering waves, dota 2 and some old triple A / indie games.
