How do I ask my Dr for semaglutide?

My appointment is this Friday and I have a bad history with my Dr. I was hoping to change providers but that’s not possible till February. For background I don’t like my Dr(neither does my mom as we share the same Dr) how do Ik we go to the same Dr? Because the Dr broke a Hippa law pointing to my mom during an appointment when I broke my back saying excitedly “ oh I see ur mom too she’s a patient of mine!” 😐 this was the same appointment I was coming in to transfer X-rays from said broken back(I broke it out of state in a different hospital), but my Dr thought I was faking it and made me take new x rays anyway. (As I was wearing a brace from the injury) She’s odd and there’s a language barrier so I’m worried how to get her to prescribe it. She’s the type of Dr to assume they know u more than urself. I’m originally going to her for a referral for an endocrinologist but I rlly am wanting to get Ozempic asap instead of waiting. So how do I ask and show the reasons as someone diagnosed with PCOS, history of fluctuating weight, and ongoing medical problems creating a difficulty losing weight naturally?
