Why does my eye keep twitching ?

So for context it started a couple days ago when i started drinking cold brew coffee dunkin. so i stopped getting the cold brew and went back to my regular order.. so atp im thinking maybe my coffee intake is a little high… but however it hasn’t stopped twitching even when im not drinking coffee.

I used chatgpt to see if theres an underlying issue or what could be causing it like stress, lack of sleep and etc.. i feel fine. it’s been over 3 days and it’s kinda getting annoying atp.
