Should I sue?

Invisalign after 1 year and many imaging some how created to push my 2nd back molar (I got the main back molar pulled) it pulled my back molar closer to my 1 and only wisdom I kept.

I’m not sure how my expensive dentist missed this during all the imaging as well. But of course when the tips glued on your teeth are drilled off at the office, that’s when they noticed by back molar was apart from my second premolar that is now caving in and is having insane gum line recession b/c the tooth doesn’t have the support of the back molar like it used to and should have before the Invisalign. What type of extremely new imaging would work backwards in a sense?
