[Product Question] LECHERY new york shiny tights (seamless?? ladder-resistant??)

I ended up buying a pairof LECHERY New york after seeing all the TikToks + the Doja Cat SNL performance where she wore the super glossy blue ones. I’ve been wanting shiny tights for winter anyway so I figured why not try them.

I got the 20 denier sheer glossy pair in one of the nude shades and then the black 40 denier. Paid around $25–35 depending on color. First impression: the shine is actually crazy in person lol. And I was surprised at how comfortable they were because they don’t have a waistband?? I thought that would make them slide down but weirdly they stayed up pretty well — honestly more comfortable than the regular waistband tights I own.

What I’m confused about is the whole seamless / ladder-resistant thing. The site says something about being “ladder-proof” or “ladder-resistant” and built to last multiple wears. Do seamless tights normally hold up better? Or is this just a newer type of construction? Mine haven’t ripped yet (which is a miracle for me) but I’m just curious about the actual technology behind it if anyone knows.

Has anyone here worn seamless tights long-term? Do they generally last longer? And if you’ve tried LECHERY specifically, does the durability actually stay consistent after multiple wears/washes?
