Pots, chronic pain and temperature

I got diagnosed today so I’ve been reading up on how to help manage my symptoms and one thing I’ve seen is about how hot showers can cause symptoms to flare up so to try having cool showers. My problem is that I’ve also got chronic pain which is made worse by the cold. Sometimes the only way I can relieve pain is by having a long shower set as hot as possible. I’ve noticed being faint in the shower often so I know it does impact me but I struggle with temperature as is. I can only get warm if things are as hot as possible but I know it’s making me faint. My choice seems to either cause a flare up of one condition or the other. I’m thinking of sticking to the hot showers as the chronic pain flares last weeks, longer than the pots symptoms. My question is if any one else struggles with something like this and how do you cope? I’m kinda tired of passing out in the shower or getting sick but I’m not sure what else to do.
