Need help! Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5i is freezing and shutting itself down, I don’t how to fix this and I really need the computer for my finals this week so any advice would be appreciated

Earlier today my computer started randomly freezing and won’t let me move my mouse or press any buttons. I need to shut it down with the button on the side every time it happens to actually be able to use it again. At this point it’s now happening every 2 minutes and it’s making it impossible to get any work done! I was thinking it could be a problem with the cooling as the computer has been getting hot, but that could just be the continuous shutdowns and restarts. I also had the chance to check the task manager and its been sitting at about 80% GPU usage without any other programs open.

Any ideas what the issue and possible fix could be? I’d appreciate any help! Thanks!
