I've been dating this girl for a while now. We're both 19. Am I being a Karen or is the way she's dressing/behaving concerning?

For instance she always tells me she has a wedgie for some reason all the time. It's been going on for a while. Then we were making out recently and her pants kept falling revealing her black lace panties. She was wearing jeans and a crewneck sweater that rolled up and her jeans fell. She kept adjusting herself. Fast forward to me dropping her off at her truck which was parked at the mall. She gets out of my car and half her lace panties show again. She doesn't really adjust herself and goes straight to sit in her truck. She then sees two guys walking towards her passenger window. She puts the keys in the ignition and turns towards me standing at the driver's side. As she's facing me I see the two guys staring directly down where her panties would be. I go for a hug and half her lace panties are sticking out exposed. I mentioned it to her later via text and she says oh I was hugging you and I didn't notice.

She then tells me that she sits at the front in law class and all the guys would stare. She tells me from time to time that when she bends down at work she felt like her panties were showing. And then to top it off I've had about 4 other occasions where her underwear was sticking out of the jeans. She only wants to do sexual stuff as well. No proper dates. I'm very confused. Does she have a wedgie or showing off her underwear fetish? Should I be concerned. If she does it I front of me her boyfriend, what else could she be doing.
