Install updates selectively ><

I have a few pending update installs:

They aren't saying "Pending restart" so they aren't installed yet. How can I only install the highlighted ones? All I seem to have is the "Install now" button. I thought I'd maybe delete the updates I don't want from the SoftwareDistribution directory, but I can't tell which is which:
