44 yo struggling

I was diagnosed with cataracts in both my eyes about six or nine months ago and they are progressing really quickly. I have six weeks before my surgery on the worst cataract in my left eye and I’m really struggling. Any suggestions to help get through the six weeks? I’m having trouble working as I have a computer job and driving is even questionable. Any suggestions would be very helpful for me thank you.!
