A7V upgrade suggestion

I am currently using a6600 since last 4 years. I am a hobby photographer but I still do some small gigs. These are the below lenses I have Sigma 16mm F1.4 Sigma 56mm F1.4 18-135 kit lens

I am planning to shift to Sony a7v next year and was wondering if I could get any lens suggestions. I am a beginner photographer and i believe that with full frame I would be able to get better opportunities.
