Crunchyroll dub,english subtitles ai?

I have adhd so I always use subtitles even when its in english,

I have noticed that there are some obvious mistakes in their captions that could be ai, for example; in hells paradise i just saw a caption where they called the MC "her" instead of "him", little incorrect things that could be mistaken by ai, but not by a human. I saw some things about them lowering the quality of their captions, but this seems to be some sort of ai, or someone who just dosnt actually read the captions they are writing.
