Wake up for Fajr

Hello guys, I've been praying for 2-3 days and I sleep at around 4am and wake up before Dhuhr(12pm midday), how can I wake up for Fajr as I get home from work and am ready at around 1AM but like to spend some time with my parents as I keep realizing no second is assured.

Also this might sound a bit stupid but is there a Dua or something I can do like Tahajjud where I can stop fearing for my parents death at night or like get my dad to start improving his health or my moms health going better. And just hoping there is something I can do to get them to practice. I really want to ask for Allahs help on this how can I?
