Can we go to Australia with low gpa like 2.5 or 2.6?

So in bachelor i have 2.6 gpa. is it possible to go to Australia with that kinda gpa? I have a extremely great financial and i’m really motivated to learn english so i can basically get extremly high in ielts and good financial so is it possible?
