threadless curved barbells will NOT come out

I think I've asked about this before but I'm trying again.

I have angel fangs, got the current jewelry put in a while back, got them pierced early August. I like the jewelry I have now, but I can't clean them easily, so I would love to be able to momentarily take the spike off just so I can clean it.

But holy shit this thing doesn't budge.

I have tried SO many times. Both sides, latex gloves, pull and twists, after a hot bath/shower, everything. Nothing works.

+ It's on my lips, so it's extra sensitive considering my nails easily pinch my lips when trying to work with it.

I'd go to my current piercer and ask him to loosen it but I genuinely won't be able to see him for another 2 weeks as I don't have a reliable source of transportation.

Threadless jewelry is serious not worth all of this. I just want to be able to clean it and eventually switch to something threaded. Any bit of help would be so appreciated.

Also just to get it out of the way because the bot popped up:

- the piercing is nearly 5 months old

- the shape is a curved barbell, the material is whatever silver colored one they usually use, and it's threadless

- has not been downsized in gauge, has been downsized in bar length

- I clean my piercings with the aftercare solutions I see sold in most shops, whenever I think about it

- no recent unfortunate events
