Doing proxy baptisms but going to temple alone

Hi all, I have not been to the temple before but I have a temporary recommend and I would like to do proxy baptisms for two deceased family members (grandparents). I am male, and will be by myself.

1. When I make my appointment, do I put 1 or 2 patrons to be baptized?

2. Am I the one being baptized by proxy, or am I the one baptizing a proxy? Would I need a female temple worker to be proxy for my grandma?

3. Is this a burden on temple workers or typical?
