Throwaways opinion on R34

This is a throwaway. I saw some rule 34 of a character from a game and people burning the artist alive for it, and I want to state my opinion. Rule 34 is Okay IF these requirements are met.

1. Artist tries at the very least to try and hide it: If the artist adds something like a discord spoiler, adds 18+ in their bio, etc, they have done the bare minimum to hide it from eyes who shouldn't or don't want to see it.

2. The character should at the very least be over the age of 18. If the artist explicitly ages the character up or the character is meant to look/ explicitly stated to be over 18, then r34 of the character is okay.

3. No showing it to Minors: Fair and Simple, The art is okay to show off, to eyes that are willing to look at it. If it is shown to people who don't want to see it, or minors who shouldn't see it, don't show it.

4: Hidden: Sites like r34, patreon, fansly, etc, are okay to put the content on since those websites are meant to have people who are 18+ and or have censors for it. Twitter is weird since the whole site is made for adults, but I don't believe it has blur for things. (I don't use Twitter)

5. No objectively wrong stuff: Incest, Rape, Kids who are being portrayed in the art as a child, etc. If it has that, automatically wrong.

If there are any other rules people have, please do talk about them. I don't know why I went on this rant; I just wanted to put my opinion out to the world.
