Tips for OC spray

im in the academy right now and i get sprayed in a week. ill start by saying that yes, i know its gonna suck, yes i know not to let it run down to my junk in the shower, yes i know its gonna feel like satan pissed in my eyes. Are there any tips for decon or recovery that you guys know of?
