I just wanna do the Odyssey stuff.. but can't find it..

I picked up Odyssey on sale and am back after not playing in a very long time. I'm grabbing the Caspian as well too support Frontier, but damn it I can't find a single base infiltrate or attack mission.

What am I doing wrong? I've got the suits, I've got guns. I just can't find anywhere to use them!
