My coworker left a child in a poopy bed and she’s mad I told our boss

I (24F) work at a local day care center as a teacher for our old infants class. I have five kids between 11 months and 19 months, three who can walk and two who don’t. Everyday my coworker, let’s call her D (52F) come in at 11 so I can go on my lunch break. D has worked her longer than me but is a floater by choice, meaning she goes from room to room rather than being in charge of one group. Well today she came to give me my lunch break, I let her know who was having a hard time, reminded her that my kids who can’t walk also can’t have bottles in the cribs and that the walkers who will be going to the next classroom after the first of the year are being patted to sleep less. She nodded and I left the room. Fast forward an hour when I came back, she is sitting in the corner and all but one of the kids are asleep. She tells me that the baby who is awake (a one year old girl who hasn’t started walking) had a massive blow out and needed changed. She changed her clothes and diaper before putting her back in the crib, I acknowledged this and went to check on her. When I looked at the crib there was poop all over it, the sheets, the sides and even a bit on the mattress. Somehow the baby was still clean despite this so I picked her up and put her in the swing to clean it up. I walkied for D to come back and asked why she didn’t finish cleaning the crib before putting the baby back down. She said “the poop was dry”
